Support for Netgear AC341U (“NETGEAR® 341U USB Modem”) used by Sprint (USA) was originally introduced for Cradlepoint routers with Cradlepoint firmware release 4.4.2. However, on 03/12/2014, a new modem firmware version was released for the Sprint Netgear 341U. This significantly changed the way the modem interacts with Cradlepoint routers, thus breaking compatibility.

Verify your router and modem firmware pre-6.0 FW or router and modem firmware post-6.0 FW versions, and consult the table below to determine whether your router needs to have its firmware updated. (Note: If you are unable to locate the modem firmware version in your router's admin interface, you will have to connect the modem directly to your computer and use the Sprint software to find that information.)
