NCOS: Factory Reset your Cradlepoint Router

A factory reset will revert all configuration changes made to a router to their default state.
Warning: Performing a Factory Reset will erase all configuration changes that have been applied to the Cradlepoint router.
Configuration Difficulty: Beginner
Step 1: Log into the router's NCOS Page. For help with logging in please click here.
Step 2: Select System then System Control then Device Options from the left menu.
Step 3: Select Factory Reset Router button under Reboot Options.
Step 4: Verify you want to factory reset your device by selecting Yes.
- Disconnect any devices that are connected physically to the Cradlepoint, leave only the power cord connected to the router.
- With the router power ON use a straightened paper clip to press and hold the Reset Button on the Cradlepoint router for at least 30 seconds then release.
Once the router has completed the reset allow a minute for the router to initialize before attempting to connect and reconfigure the router.
