Common Mishaps / Known Issues

This type of file is usually opened by a spread sheet type of software installed on the user's PC, for example Microsoft Excel. Depending on the software, some data may be improperly formatted leaving information unusable/deformed.

The most common issue reported is that the Time, Serial Number, and MAC Address columns are displaying truncated or altered information.

This issue resides in the way the software is handling the raw data from NCM. The easiest way to correct this, is to change the format of the column to a format that best resembles the type of data trying to be viewed. i.e. for MAC address, try General or Number, for time, use Time, etc.
