Firmware Policy

With the release of Firmware 5.4.0 on May 5, ALL Customers will be able to access new Firmware through Enterprise Cloud Manager, through the router user interface Upgrade Options, and through the Customer Connect Portal.

FOR ACCESS TO DEVICE FIRMWARE

Log into Cradlepoint Connect Portal:

  • Customers who have active Cradlepoint entitlements have been sent Customer Connect login credentials.

No Connect Portal Login:

  • If your company does not have one of these entitlements, click below to register for a Customer Connect account.

FOR ACCESS TO MODEM FIRMWARE {.primarycolor4}

Log into Cradlepoint Connect Portal:

  • For the latest modem firmware upgrades, or
  • For modem firmware to change carriers on LPE products with Multi-Carrier Software-Defined Radios
