Summary

Cradlepoint has launched the Customer Connect Portal to provide customers with important information about their Cradlepoint products and services.

The Customer Connect Portal will enable users to:

  • View all Cradlepoint Service Entitlements with start and end dates

  • Access new firmware

  • Initiate and track Support Cases

More capabilities will be added in the future!

The new Portal will enable customers to see lists of all their active Cradlepoint entitlements and renewal dates on services, such as NetCloud Manager and CradleCare Support Agreements. Customers will also be able to initiate support tickets, create and manage additional users in their organization, such as their procurement department to manage renewals.

You should now be at the dashboard of The Customer Connect Portal.

You will notice at the top right, there is a small three-lined menu icon. This will be the menu to access all services, applications, and firmware downloads.

The Services and Applications tab will show you information for CradleCare, CP Secure Threat Management, CP Secure VPN, EEL (Enterprise Extended License), NCM (NetCloud Manager), and Zscaler Internet Security.

The NetCloud Manager menu item will open a new tab for NCM.


The My Profile menu item will open up User Information and User Settings for the currently logged in user. Here you can change your password, address, and upload or change profile photo.

My Support menu item will be used heavily for obtaining firmware, checking the KB for configuration articles and opening/viewing your support cases.

Under the Firmware Downloads menu, you will be able to choose your device, and then find a list of downloads specific to it. You can also find the release notes for each Firmware on the right side of the list.

Manage Users:
If you are logged in as an administrator (a function which is granted upon account creation), you will have an additional menu item titled "Manage Users". Under this option, you will be given a list of all users under your particular company, as well as the ability to manipulate attributes and manage functions such as password reset, username, nickname, email, account type. Also, you will be able to new accounts for your company using the same attributes.

Troubleshooting

Unable to Register/Login

If you have received a username and password and are having trouble logging in, or if you are unable to register from here, please contact Cradlepoint Support - 1-855-813-3385 Option 2.

Unable to obtain firmware download

Try using a different browser such as Google Chrome, or Firefox. If the download is still failing, please contact Cradlepoint Support - 1-855-813-3385 Option 2
